Bike Permit Information
Starting September 22nd students who ride a Bike or E-bike need to complete the requirements listed below It is essential that you as a parent complete the requirements with your child.
Requirements:
- 1) Watch/Review theCHP Bike Safety Presentation (Parent and Student requirement)
- 2) Watch the Providence Mission Hospital Safety Video
- 3) Complete the attestation form and submit it.
