Bike Permit Information
Students who ride a Bike or e-bike must complete the requirements listed below. As a parent, it is essential that you complete these requirements with your child.
Requirements:

1) Watch/Review the CHP Bike Safety Presentation (Parent and Student requirement)

2) Watch the Providence Mission Hospital Safety Video

3) Complete the attestation form and submit it.
